SHEILA PETERSON

Sheila Peterson was born and raised in Marin County until moving to Sonoma County in 1987 and graduating from Casa Grande High School in 1989. Sheila went on to further her education at the Santa Rosa Junior College and started her career at West America Bank as a loan processor. She worked her way up to Loan Officer and obtained her real estate license in 1999. She worked at California Capital Mortgage for 5 years, until she bought the company in 2004.

After her acquisition, Sheila became a Realtor in 2007 gaining the knowledge of knowing how to do both the realtor and mortgage loan end of a transaction. Sheila joined North Bay Realty and Loans in 2009, since rebranded as HPI Real Estate and HPI Financial. Her favorite part of being in this business is working with first time homebuyer’s. Helping them make their dream a reality is by far the most rewarding part of her job.

Sheila has a fierce passion for animals and loves to dote on her 2 dogs. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends along with heading out in the RV and exploring new places.
